More

Linda Laurello’s vision for the next generation of Delta Railroad Services will focus on innovation, expansion, and visibility, and continuing the legacy of excellence in client services, a tradition that started with her great-grandfather, Cosmo Anthony Laurello, the founder of the company. What started in 1957 as a small railroad construction business has expanded to be one of the top-tier railroad construction companies in North America.

Linda notes, “The importance of this initiative is not only to authenticate the CEO experience for next generation leaders, but to help teach an important lesson about leadership. As a CEO, it is especially important for me to remind young talent just how much they bring to the table in business and leadership in all industries. [Participants] gained valuable, behind-the-curtain insights into executive-level decision-making skills and exposure to the breadth of important inner workings of a successful business.”
