Delta Railroad Services Announces Leadership Transition Aligned with Salcef Group Governance Strategy

ASHTABULA, Ohio — March 3, 2026 — Delta Railroad Services (“Delta”), a U.S.-based rail construction and services company and a member of the Salcef Group, today announced a leadership transition designed to strengthen governance, support long-term growth, and reinforce operational excellence across the organization.
Effective February 27, 2026, Linda Laurello has transitioned into the role of Chairman of the Board of Delta Railroad Services. In this role, Laurello will focus on long-term strategy, corporate and external affairs, and institutional partnerships, working in close alignment with Salcef Group’s global governance and strategic leadership.
Fernando Fantozzi has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Delta Railroad Services. As CEO, Fantozzi will have full executive responsibility for the management of the Company, including execution, performance, safety, and day-to-day decision-making across all business units.
“This governance transition reflects Delta’s continued evolution as part of the Salcef Group and supports the company’s long-term growth in the North American market,” said Laurello.
Fantozzi added, “The focus of this transition is to strengthen our operational leadership, culture, and values. Our priority remains delivering safe, high-quality outcomes for our clients while supporting Delta’s role within Salcef Group’s global rail platform.”
