Terrance Moore, Procurement Manager

Terrance Moore is the Procurement Manager at Delta Railroad Services, where he manages the organization's purchasing and supply chain activities. The role involves overseeing the acquisition of goods and services and ensuring that the organization has the right materials and resources to operate efficiently and cost-effectively. Coupled with leading and mentoring purchasing team members, driving performance through coaching, goal setting, and alignment with business objectives. 

Before joining Delta Railroad Services, Terrance has over 20 years of experience, having served in various leadership roles for Fortune 500 companies, in the fields of Aerospace, Construction, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Information and Technology respectively. Companies include Schlumberger, BP America, GE Oil & Gas, Kellogg Brown & Root, and Parker Hannifin Stratoflex.

He prides himself on establishing and maintaining diverse relationships and experience gained while working throughout Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. Terrance is a graduate of Huston-Tillotson University in Austin, TX where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing.  

A native Houstonian, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and participating as a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Tailride, riding his Quarter horse Big Six. Terrance currently resides in Round Rock, Texas with his partner Kenya sharing her two adult children.
