Delta Railroad Construction has been a leader and innovator in the railroad construction industry for over 45 years. From multi-million-dollar construction projects to small track repairs, Delta has the right people and the right equipment to do any job. That's because we focus exclusively on track construction, repair and maintenance.

We have grown from a small track-repair business serving local clients to a full-service railroad construction company serving the eastern United States. But our goal is not to be the biggest railroad construction company, just the best. We are continually researching and developing new construction methods that are safer, more efficient and more cost effective. Our customers receive the best value for their investment.

The Right People

With Delta Railroad Construction, you benefit from a highly trained, experienced team that is focused on safety as well as quality. We have been recognized by the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation for our excellent safety record. Our employees receive ongoing educational programs, including regular safety instruction and periodic equipment training. Our employees have many years of on-the-job experience. Of our 10 field supervisors, seven have 10 to 20 or more years of experience with the company. To attract and retain excellent employees, we offer competitive wages and benefits.

The Right Equipment

Delta Railroad Construction maintains state-of-the-art railroad construction equipment. And we keep it in top-notch condition, thanks to our subsidiary company, Quality Track Equipment. From production tampers to portable flash-butt welding systems, we have the equipment to do any job accurately and efficiently. After every job is completed, our equipment returns to our maintenance facility for a complete inspection and repair to be ready for the next assignment. We transport our equipment with our own specially designed heavy-duty transport trailer.
